VP Pharma Sales & Industry Relations
The VP, Pharma Sales & Industry Relations takes a leading role in developing pharma relationships and driving the execution of limited distribution specialty drug access and data agreements for the Excelera network. This position is a critical member of Excelera’s management team and will interface with health system members, pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, and other key industry stakeholders to design and execute strategies for drug access. The VP, Pharma Sales & Industry Relations will also work directly with Excelera’s operations team to ensure member capabilities meet or exceed manufacturer expectations. Successful candidates will be self-starters who have a good working knowledge of pharmaceutical organizations and specialty drug distribution models and a strong sales background and focus. This job will require significant travel.

The President and CEO will be accountable for the creation of value for shareholders, members, and overall responsibility for all aspects of the company’s performance. This includes, but is not limited to member growth, strategic planning, financial management, pharmaceutical drug and payer access, operations, human resource management, product and service development and other areas required to create value for shareholders and members.
